Pioneered the concept of "Unisex swimwear = genderless swimwear" in Japan
Increase the options for swimwear.Children should not need to give up swimming just because the swimwear is uncomfortable.
There are actually quite a few children who are not comfortable wearing the general school swimwears that has been designed strictly separate for boys and girls.
We want to ensure that no one gives up swimming because of the swimwear. With this goal in mind, Tatsuki Swimming Club was the first swim school in Japan to conceive and design original swimwears that allows you to choose your own swimsuit regardless of gender, and our swimwears started selling in 2018.
Actually, we have heard not only from today's children, but also from their parents' generation that "I hated swimming class because I didn't want to wear the desingated swimsuit," or "I didn't learn swimming because I didn't want to be dressed in a swimsuit."
In order to eleviate these concerns and dilemmas, Tatsuki Swimming Club has designed a swimsuit that can be freely combined regardless of gender, in the hopes of creating an environment where everyone can enjoy the pool without being concerned aboout their bodies
After having numerous discussions with the coaching staff, we were able to come to a design that would not disrupt swimming techniques, giving birth to our original "Unisex swimwear (genderless swimwear)".
When the swimwear was first designed, some instructors expressed concerns like"it might make it harder for children to swim in this swimwear.", "Since this swimwear is designed to cover the body more, it would be difficult to see the form, which will interfere with instruction."In response to these opinions, we had numerous discussions with the teaching staff and solved the problems one by one, and five years later, we started selling "Unisex swimwear (genderless swimwear)".

You can choose your favorite type of swimsuit
Fortunately, our swimwears have been well received by children, who say they are "easy to move around in" and "it is easier to swim with the top and bottom separated." Parents have also commented that "It's great that my child can choose the swimwear he likes." and "I am glad my child never had to give up swimming because of the swimwear".

Eliminating various concerns about the body-image
This swimwear provides a comprehensive solution not only to gender issues, but also various problems, such as surgical scars, atopic issues, body shape complex, etc.We feel that it is really great that just one change in the shape of the swimwear can lower the hurdle of swimming and expand the opportunities for any child to join a swim class.
Genderless swimwears spreading to educational sites nationwide
This trend of introducing "genderless swimwears" has spread to schools nationwide over the past few years, and more than 300 schools are planning to adopt them by 2023. We realized again that the issue of swimwears was a much bigger concern for children than adults may have thought.
We hope our swimwears enable as many people as possible to be free from negative feelings about swimming by allowing them to choose their favorite design freely.
And we, Tatsuki Group, sincerely hope that the children will come to love swimming even more.
